Information Session with NVMA, City of North Vancouver & Polygon Homes

With permission from the City of North Vancouver, the NVMA has asked Polygon Homes to incorporate a new facility for the North Vancouver Museum within their ‘Polygon Promenade at the Quay’ project on “Site 8” in Lower Lonsdale, across from Lonsdale Quay. The proposal is to incorporate the museum, providing it with approx. 15,000 sq ft, higher ceiling height, space to exhibit iconic Streetcar 153, and a main entrance on Esplanade, in exchange for an additional residential floor. The Museum Commission will also undertake several studies to confirm the feasibility of a Museum as part of this project.
