Envy includes a 7-storey mid-rise tower with 50 residential suites and five commercial strata lots. The five commercial lots are located on the ground floor while the residential lots are located on the floors above. There is parking on the first and second floors. The first floor parking is located beneath the building footprint, adjacent to the commercial strata lots, and is used by the commercial strata lots and visitor parking. The second floor parking makes up almost all of the second floor, and this parking is used by the residential units.
